Job Overview:
A well-established litigation defense law firm in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience across a broad range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, employment, personal injury, professional liability, and more. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.Location:Seattle, WADuties:Take the lead on various litigation tasks, including investigating claims, conducting discovery, and preparing cases for adjudication or resolution.Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including appellate, construction, insurance coverage, and personal injury cases.Participate in client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare for trial.Engage in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.Collaborate with team members in a supportive and team-oriented environment.Requirements:Significant civil litigation experience, particularly in Washington state and federal courts.Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.Ability to manage cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.Experience in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Current admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.Skills:Expertise in civil litigation with an ability to handle diverse practice areas.Excellent legal research, writing, and case management skills.Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.Competitive compensation based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with employer matching.Paid vacation and holidays.Hybrid work environment offering both in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.**THE ROLE**This is a key End to End Experience leadership role for the Administrative Technologies vertical (within IS) at PSJH and will be primarily focused on building and enabling impactful end to end experiences for Philanth...
