We are a venture-backed company that has raised over $23 million from tier-1 venture capital firms, and our platform is already being used by tens of thousands of developers worldwide.Job Summary :We are looking for an Account Executive to join our founding sales team. You will work with the existing sales team, CEO, and COO, selling to engineering teams in the mid-market and enterprise (10-250 engineers). You’ll partner with leadership to iterate the sales playbook and play a critical role in growing a generational software company.Key Responsibilities:Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closed-won.
Identify and target potential customers, focusing on engineering leaders (CTO, VPE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE) at companies with 10-250 engineers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including executive leadership, developer relations, marketing, and product development.
Partner with the COO and sales team to iterate the sales strategy and tactics.
Minimum Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably selling cloud infrastructure software.
Familiarity with engineering buyers, Kubernetes, and the software development lifecycle.
Proven track record as a top performer in previous sales roles.
Willingness to travel to customer meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
