About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is specifically looking for product-oriented, customer-focused, sales-oriented individuals to play a significant role in the expansion of our Corporate Account Executive team. This role will work directly with a manager, sales engineers, and other resources to help customers successfully test, purchase, and adopt LaunchDarkly. Intelligent, creative, and fun individuals with a strong work ethic are who we want to build this team with.Responsibilities:

Qualify and convert inbounds leads at a rapid paceSuccessfully prospect into ICP target accountsArticulate and sell the value of LD's platform subscriptionsPrepare for and run discovery sessions with new prospects to articulate LaunchDarkly’s core use cases and the value of the usage-based pricing modelGain an understanding of third-party architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) to accurately position and price our usage-based modelCustomize and deliver demos with the Solutions Engineering teamRun a proof of concept for prospectsOwn, build and develop the relationship with existing customers, demonstrating product usage and capabilities and developing new opportunitiesDevelop new opportunities from our existing customersConsistently hit revenue targetsEducate, evangelize, and guide our customers through a successful adoption of LaunchDarklyDeliver customer feedback for our product and engineering teamsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processesKeep all data in tools up to date; SFDC, Aviso, OutreachAccurately forecast sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basisQualifications:

Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotaBe an exceptional written and spoken communicatorBe highly organized & autonomousBe comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organizationEntrepreneurial and self-motivatedEnthusiastic about learning and growing at LaunchDarklyIntellectually curious and ambitiousKnowledge or experience in the developer tool space is a plusExperience selling to mid-market companies is a plusPay:Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P3:Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area (if not Bay area specific role): $147,000 - $173,000** On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commissionZone 2: Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle: $132,000 - $156,000** On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commissionZone 3: All other US locations: $125,000 - $147,000** On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commissionLaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
