About the Job:

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will lead a team of engineers in developing high-impact solutions for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic product planning, hands-on technical work, consulting, and fostering strong customer relationships. The goal of your team is to partner with our most strategic customers and unblock their expanded use of feature management through high leverage projects. Your portfolio will include a mix of paid engineering projects that directly generate revenue and other efforts tied to revenue opportunities. Frequently your team will take a consultant-like approach and partner closely with customer teams to extend their organizational capabilities.Responsibilities:

Customer Discovery:

Engage deeply with customers to identify unique business challenges that are unmet by our general product roadmap. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements that have direct revenue impact.Solution Design:

Collaborate with engineers to architect solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.Project Leadership:

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product builds, including writing PRDs, scoping/pricing, roadmapping, sprint planning, resource allocation, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.End-to-End Ownership:

Take full responsibility for customer engagements, defining success metrics, and leading the team to achieve milestones and deliver exceptional outcomes.Revenue Generation:

Identify and execute customer projects that directly generate revenue through paid customer engagements and/or directly unlocked expansion.About You:
