Engage with the community and industry to elevate our brand presence, developing relationships that align with our company's vision and values.Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast.Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers.Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives.Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network.Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activity for the previous and upcoming weeks, and produce a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenses.QualificationsActive real estate license, preferably in the state where the company operates.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record in sales.Proficient understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and best practices.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with agents, clients, and team members.Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and drive sales strategies and goals.Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.Experience with real estate software and CRM tools.Alignment with the McGuire Team’s core values: Service, Respect & Authenticity, Discipline & Accountability, Integrity, Growth Orientation, and Humility.A growth mindset, open to continuous learning and personal development.A problem solver with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.Desirable Qualifications:Previous experience in running a sales team, showcasing the ability to balance personal business with a leadership role.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools relevant to the real estate industry.Certifications or courses in sales leadership, coaching, or related areas.Demonstrated experience in recruiting high-caliber talent to a competitive real estate team.Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing.Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Prior experience in the hospitality field is a plus.Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is required.Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills.Compensation$125,000 - $200,000 at plan yearlyAbout The McGuire Team of RE/MAXRanked in the top 1% of all CRMLS agents, our luxury real estate team exemplifies over 38 years of unmatched expertise in the Laguna Niguel market.
