Job Overview:A reputable law firm in Stamford, CT, seeks an experienced attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group. This position focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing loan documentation processes for various real estate transactions. An ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of real estate finance, including acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans, and demonstrate proficiency in conducting due diligence.Duties
Draft and negotiate loan documents for real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans.Conduct comprehensive due diligence to ensure compliance and alignment with transaction objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal and financial requirements for real estate financing.Manage client communications and provide strategic legal counsel to support clients’ real estate finance needs.Requirements
Experience:
4-7 years of relevant experience in real estate finance law.Licensure:
Active admission to the PA, NJ, and/or CT Bar.Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active bar membership in one or more of the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut.Skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, including loan structuring, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.Client-focused approach with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Job Location
