Draft and negotiate comprehensive loan documents for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine financingCollaborate closely with team members to meet client needs in a timely and efficient mannerProvide expert legal advice and insight to clients on complex real estate financing mattersRequirements

4 - 7 years of relevant experience in real estate finance lawActive Bar admission in PA, NJ, and/or CTStrong background in loan documentation and real estate financeEducation

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications

Licensed to practice law in one or more of the following: PA, NJ, CTSkills
