CLE - Assembler Warwick High School Internship

Sechan Electronics in Lititz, PA Lancaster county has several openings for individuals with basic understandings of manufacturing drawings and work instructions along with excellent fine dexterity and use of hand tools - a full training program is provided!

Position Summary:

Builds final product to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis.

Position Responsibilities:

Manually and precisely assembles components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprintsFit cable harnesses, circuit card, and components into chassis neatly and within toleranceCompletes discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and luggingUtilizes correct torqueing tools and applies the correct torque during assemblyObtains and maintains J-Standard certificationsUtilizes computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing softwarePerforms other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives
