In this position, you will play a key role in providing overall technology support for the enterprise applications used by the functions of the Lactalis US Businesses. You will need to have both strategic and tactical capabilities, excellence in business processes, and a deep understanding of all SAP modules including the FI solutions as well as other enterprise applications. The Sr SAP BW/BI Analyst is responsible for identifying technology solutions that support achievement of relevant business objectives and working with the business to define the requirements for new system or process enhancements to existing and/or new applications. Key responsibilities for this position include: Perform SAP BW (BW 7.5, BW HANA, BW4 HANA Data Architect/Modeler functions in SAP BI or SAP BI/HANA, utilizing data modeling (standard and Hybrid), data warehouse and reporting skills. Hands-on experience in SAP HANA Data Modeling techniques and HANA Studio using Calculation View, Flow Graph, Table Function. Support the successful build and run activities, within the defined workstream, for a US SAP BW/BI and Reporting solution across multiple business units. Analyze and document business processes to align with global and local requirements. Analyze and document functional and technical requirements for SAP BW system designs with input from business users. Participate in workshops and presentations with users and management to facilitate solution development and continuous improvement. Identify benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system design solutions and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules. Customize the standard extractors/data sources or develop custom extractors/data sources to satisfy a solution designed to meet requirements and business process parameters in the following modules: FI (AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Assets), COPA, SD, MM, SCM, PTP, QM, TM, WM and using non-SAP systems source systems. Demonstrated understanding of core business processes in Finance, Supply Chain and Order to Cash areas. Support system testing processes (unit, integration, and regression) including test build, execution, and defect resolution. Hands-On experience in development of BW queries and the front-end tools: BeX, Analysis for Office, BOBJ (Webi, Lumira), PowerBI, Qlik Sense. Provide on-going business user support and issue resolution. Provide support to rollout/implementation teams. Assist service providers and others to implement changes and resolve issues in processes/systems. Travel may be required for on-site support at Lactalis facilities. Requirements Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business or other related academic discipline. Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in all areas of SAP BW, SAP BW/4 HANA development, which includes Modelling, Extraction, & BW reporting. 7+ years’ data warehousing experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment. 7+ years’ experience in providing business analytics and reporting solutions, in an SAP environment utilizing a CoE support model. Experience in Agile BI development. Experience in the Food Industry and/or Consumer Products preferred. Functional SAP knowledge in the following business processes FI (AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Assets), COPA, MM, SCM, PTP, QM, TM, WM and using non-SAP systems source systems – Good to have. Experience in an ECC 6, SAP S/4 HANA with SAP BW HANA or BW4 HANA environment is strongly preferred (LSA++ modeling using ADSO, Composite Providers, CDS Views, ODP/ODQ extraction, OData integration, SDI etc., using HANA Studio). Very strong hands-on ABAP and SQL knowledge is a must, e.g., debugging, user exits, function modules. Knowledge of end-to-end IT software development lifecycle from idea conception through planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support and transition into operations teams. Experience in support ticket applications. Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong analytical, time-management and facilitation skills. Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive and responsive with a bias for action and results. High level of personal integrity consistent with the Lactalis core values.
