Under the direction of the Assistant Claims Manager, the incumbent will:Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulationsProactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventoryWork collaboratively as a member within a team of claims professionals and with other stakeholdersServe as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staffEnsure delivery of a high quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job dutiesPlease answer the Statement of Qualifications questions found in the Additional Required Documents section in no more than two pages.

New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to an alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.

Working Conditions

Telework may be available and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
