Experience with requirements discovery and refinement with clients
Ability to reconcile client needs with delivery timelines and ensure the team remains on schedule
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:Experience working on hardware or software development projects, including end-to-end life cycle and test engineering or QA
Experience with process improvement
Ability to problem-solve and work well on a team
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
