Employee Relations Specialist - Dental Service Organization Experience Required
Summary:
This teammate will facilitate and administer employee relations on behalf of the company. This position requires a deep dive into the heart of HR functions, boasting a robust understanding of human resources disciplines, technical principles, and the legal frameworks that govern our operations.
We are open to remote candidates in the United States who are willing to work M-F 8am-5pm PST hours.
Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000K/yr (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between staff and management, oversee performance management, and engage in leadership coaching.Policy Implementation and Conflict Resolution:
Guide policy implementation, resolve conflicts, and engage in employee engagement and training initiatives.Workplace Investigations:
Conduct investigations and coordinate resolutions for policy-related issues.HR Metrics and Data Analysis:
Utilize HR metrics for insightful analysis.Program Administration:
Handle terminations, exit interviews, employee reviews, and compensation programs.Engagement Initiatives:
Develop and maintain initiatives that boost employee engagement and recognition.Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field preferred.Four years of professional human resource administration, including two years in employee relations preferred OR its equivalent through training, education, and other experience.PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.HR experience with a Dental Service Organization (DSO) is required.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.Thorough understanding of multiple state and federal laws concerning labor relations.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Understanding of negotiation techniques when dealing with conflict between employees, or when involved with legal cases.Thorough understanding of dispute resolution.Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
