The Mechanical Engineering Manager will work on the development of next generation NOVA metrology systems with a small group of mechanical engineers as part of the Hardware Engineering organization. The candidate will interface with multifunctional groups to ensure the smooth development and deployment of new product solutions and capability, support ongoing product improvement as well as next generation platform development.Pay Range: $185,000- $215,000 Annually (DOE)About us:Nova provides insights into process control in the world's most technologically advanced industry. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge metrology tools, participate in industry trainings, and receive ongoing mentorship from experienced engineers.Responsibilities:Oversees all aspects of mechanical design activities ranging from small component improvement to new platform definitions.Supervises a team of mechanical engineers, assigns, schedules and tracks their tasks and ensures timely, high-quality execution.Interfaces with vendors and suppliers both for product release and prototype development.Oversees the workflow of the HW release process. Represents Mechanical Engineering in the Hardware Change Control Board and helps the HW Director in prioritizing and executing the tasks.Follows the product development from concept to productization.
