Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.Be the first point of contact for both customers to help solve product or service questions, any new inquiries, and customer complaints.Support our sales team by assisting in the sales cycle and presenting products that best suit customer needs.Identify any new market trends and inefficiencies to enhance the support customer service in market and improve the customer experienceWork with a diverse team of individuals in a team environment and attend weekly meets that will suffice customer service skillsAssociate Brand Manager Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsProven experience build rapport and building relationships with customersAbility to prioritize specific assignments and multitask to be efficientPositive and professional demeanorComfortable with in-person salesWilling to work face to face with customersExcellent written and verbal communication skills
