Responsibilities of Our Brand Associates:Be the liaison between our clients and their customersMeet face-to-face with client customers and discuss telecommunication services and sales opportunitiesEnhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty by employing active listening and helping to solve their service problemsAssist customers in selecting their product and sales options that best suit their technology and communications needsFacilitate the effective post-sales service process by following up via client-provided devices and platformsQualifications for our Brand Associate:Higher Education degree OR at least one year of experience in customer service or salesThe ability and willingness to travelShow a competitive nature which may include a sports or military backgroundRemarkable problem-solving skillsAttentive to detailExceptional customer service skillsMotivated and eager to learn
