We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:As a Technical Analyst, you will document and respond to customer requests and work with our Information Technology Solutions (ITS) support team to support information systems, applications, and hardware both at the Health Support Center (HSC) and within our remote facilities.Responsibilities:Accept requests and questions from customers and other support staff through various channels. Follow up to ensure accurate and timely resolutions are provided.Monitor work queues to ensure work requests are handled in a timely manner. Independently resolve most problems/questions that arise and consult with senior team members, development, or technical staff on difficult issues.Listen to issues and questions as reported by customers and use troubleshooting skills to provide answers or resolutions. Thoroughly document details of the issue and troubleshooting performed and assign to the correct team when necessary.Assist other staff members with identifying issues and developing resolutions by sharing knowledge and expertise.Provide after-hours on-call support as scheduled or needed.What you’ll need:Education:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems or Call Center preferred.Experience:
