Business Systems Analyst , you will support LifePoint customers and clinical departments by implementing information systems and promoting EHR adoption. You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, and HSC to ensure clinical processes are supported by electronic solutions, while leading the development and implementation of Oracle/Cerner EHR to align with Lifepoint’s strategic goals.Responsibilities:Analyze clinical application requirements and trends to drive adoption and reduce costs.Coordinate application changes, maintenance, and software updates.Address clinical EHR break/fix issues with customers.Support technology initiatives, collaborating with clinicians, Health Support Center, and stakeholders.Act as subject matter expert on clinical processes and Cerner solutions for various departments, driving operational efficiency and patient outcomes.Develop and deploy materials, training, process flows, and governance models.Build clinical tools for new and existing sites.Support quality initiatives and recommend system solutions to enhance patient outcomes.Define content, build, and training for CPOE, clinician documentation, and quality/safety workflows.Assist hospitals with EHR implementations, ensuring effective processes and system functionality.Collaborate with the Cerner Oracle team and peers to improve clinical solutions and foster positive patient outcomes.What you’ll need:EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Nursing or other healthcare background preferred.EXPERIENCE:3 years in clinical setting.Minimum of 2 years’ experience with informatics and systems implementations.Cerner Clinical Build Experience required.Previous experience supporting physician workflows is preferred.Why choose us:As a team member of the Health Support Center, our goal is to support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members.
