FTS has partnered with a local construction company that is transitioning from single-family to multifamily projects. They are seeking a financial leader to help them scale to a nationally recognized developer.

They are looking for someone who can operate with high autonomy, bring their expertise to the team, and be a culture driver. This role reports to the President with constant exposure to the owner.

This builder has been operating throughout the Seattle area for over 15 years and focuses on integrity, transparency, and building strong relationships

Job OverviewAs the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring financial stability and growth. You will play a key role in strategic decision-making and long-term planning to drive the organization's financial success.

Duties- Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team in areas such as accounting, treasury, and financial analysis- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards- Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections for internal and external stakeholders- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions- Collaborate with other executives to drive overall business performance

Qualifications- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role- Strong background in supply chain, corporate accounting, tax accounting, payroll, and financial management- In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles and fiscal management practices- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data- Proficient in financial report writing and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
