Review and coordinate preparation of comments for third-party participant agreements related to music compositions and recordingsDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including producer, mixer, featured artist, songwriter, and certificates of recordingCollaborate with other attorneys, consultants, and professionals on intellectual property mattersDevelop and apply strategic thinking in the areas of music rights, copyright law, and entertainment agreementsRequirements
