Manage all phases of personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trialConduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damagesDraft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discoveryHandle law and motion matters, including opposing summary judgment motionsNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counselRepresent clients as first chair in civil jury trialsProvide consistent communication and legal counsel to clients throughout the case processRequirements:

Licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in the state of CaliforniaMinimum of 7 years of personal injury experience, with a focus on trial workExperience with at least 10 civil jury trials to verdictStrong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures relevant to personal injury casesExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage cases efficiently and achieve successful outcomesAbility to work collaboratively with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneysBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredEducation:
