Senior Personal Injury Attorney

Boutique personal injury law firm in Encino is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to manage the litigation department.

Duties:

Manage litigated cases from complaint to settlement/trialDraft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, and briefsPrepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedingsNegotiate settlementsAttend mediationDepositions - clients, defendants, expertsCommunication with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar3+ years of litigation/trial experienceStrong research, analytical, and writing skillsAbility to take and defend depositionsExperience with legal drafting and litigation procedures for discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and all trial motionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyMust be proactive and goal orientated

*Bonus and/or commission opportunity may be available

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
