Minimum of 6 years experience in managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate.Extensive knowledge of real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in real estate investment and transaction structuring.Previous experience with a prominent law firm, ideally within the AmLaw 100.Licensed to practice law in Texas.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.Skills:
Strong analytical and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Good business judgment and effective decision-making capabilities.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Client-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
