Minimum of 6 years experience in managing structured securities offerings.Proficiency in commercial real estate law with emphasis on finance, acquisitions, and property dispositions.Familiarity with the regulatory framework and structuring requirements for securities in real estate investments.Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm is highly desirable.Admission to the bar in Virginia is required.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.Skills:
