Minimum of 6 years experience managing structured securities offerings, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate law.Expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices for structuring real estate investments.Prior experience with a prominent law firm, preferably within the AmLaw 100.Admitted to practice law in Texas.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.Skills:
