If so, consider joining Talkatoo.Job Summary:As a Software Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, building relationships, and presenting our solutions to address client needs. This is a quota-carrying role with a focus on meeting sales goals and contributing to our company’s growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Sales Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, inbound/outbound leads, and strategic partnerships.Lead Qualification:
Qualify potential leads to ensure alignment with product offerings and ideal customer profiles.Sales Presentations:
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions can solve their business challenges.Pipeline Management:
Maintain and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of sales activities.Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Negotiation and Closing:
Lead contract negotiations and close deals that meet or exceed quota, securing favorable terms for the company and client.Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize the customer experience and ensure smooth onboarding.Market Feedback:
Gather and report customer feedback to the product team, identifying opportunities for improvement and new features.Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in SaaS sales techniques.Tradeshows:
Be able to travel 5-10 times per year to various locations in the US to go to veterinary conferences.Preferred Qualifications:Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2+ years sales experience.Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts simply.CRM Proficiency:
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for managing and forecasting pipelines.Industry Knowledge:
Preferred experience in the veterinary industry.Team Player:
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work across teams to achieve shared goals.Motivation and Resilience:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, has GRIT, positive and resilient in overcoming objections.
