The ideal candidate will possess excellent client relationship management abilities and the expertise to lead in-depth client consultations.Duties:Draft and review estate planning documents, ranging from basic to sophisticated plans.Incorporate estate and income tax planning strategies, including irrevocable trusts, into client recommendations.Administer probate estates and assist with trust administration.Conduct client meetings and consultations with high-net-worth individuals to address their estate planning needs.Provide comprehensive legal guidance on trusts, wills, and asset protection.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Requirements:At least 4+ years of experience in trusts and estates law.Demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships, particularly during in-person consultations.Licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Maryland Bar.Certifications:Active legal license to practice law in Maryland.Skills:Strong proficiency in drafting estate planning documents, including complex trust structures.In-depth knowledge of estate and income tax planning strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing high-net-worth clients.Ability to work independently and handle cases from start to finish.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job Location:Bethesda, MD
