A prominent personal injury law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a driven Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to handle the negotiation of personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients. Duties:
Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies on behalf of injured clients.Supervise a team that includes a case manager, case admin, and medical lien negotiator.Provide direct client communication and support throughout the pre-litigation process.Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and effective case resolution.Uphold the firm’s values by consistently advocating for clients in negotiations.Requirements:
Must be a licensed attorney with active admission to the California Bar.Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.Minimum of 1 year of experience in negotiation.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Passion for representing clients, especially those facing difficult circumstances.Eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.Must be comfortable working in a team environment.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
