If you understand pharmaceutical marketing and can effectively communicate brand objectives, we want to talk to youOur ideal Pharmaceutical Copywriter is:Creative Storyteller: You craft compelling marketing messages, promotional training materials, and digital content to engage and influence sales teams, healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.Detail-Oriented: You adhere to regulatory standards and brand guidelines, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and compliant.Collaborative Team Player: You work seamlessly with client services, strategy teams, and designers to generate ideas, execute projects, and present deliverables.Versatile Writer: You vary your voice, style, and characteristics to connect with diverse audiences and meet the unique needs of each project.Passionate Researcher: You stay informed on industry trends and conduct thorough research to understand client's needs and target audiences.RESPONSIBILITIESThe job responsibilities of our Pharmaceutical Copywriter include, but are not limited to:Content Creation and Strategy:Write creative copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action, varying voice, style, and other characteristics as needed.Interpret creative briefs and produce creative content from concepts to execution, conducting research to understand client's needs and target audiences.Write and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials, collaborating with client service managers, strategists, and creative staff on timelines, resources, and execution.Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team and clients, participating in client pitches as needed.Revise copy based on internal and client feedback.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Adhere to regulatory standards and requirements for successful submissions, following best practices for annotations.Identify and process permissions for copyrighted material reproduction.Participate in regulatory responsibilities to gain asset approvals.Project Management:Use company project management and communication software effectively.Attend job-related meetings and incorporate client feedback to address it.Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload and short turnaround times.Industry Knowledge and Research:Stay informed on client-related industry trends and maintain consistency in messaging by following style guidelines and brand voice.QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Exceptional writing and research skills.Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.Strong time management, prioritizing, and organizing skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with standard software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Science, or a related discipline.Minimum of 4-5 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work; Healthcare/Pharma experience is required.Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis is a fully remote position. The role demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings requiring clear speech and hearing.
