The job responsibilities of our Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

Account Management:

Dedicated to and responsible for specific client accounts and brandsRespond to client inquiries promptly with accurate informationDevelop project scopes, budgets, briefs, and success metricsEnsure client requests are developed into clear internal briefs with agreed actions and obtain client sign-off at relevant stagesMeasure and report on the success of project deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.Project Management:

Set up and manage project timelines in the agency PM systemOversee workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentObtain internal, client, and regulatory approvals on deliverablesMaintain proper organization of files adhering to agency processesEnsure timely, accurate delivery of client projectsTrack project milestones and budgets, ensuring alignment with project plansClose out and bill projects according to agency approval processesIdentify and solve problems promptly, involving higher management when necessaryMonitor ongoing costs and produce accurate quotations for production.Collaboration and Communication:

Delegate tasks clearly to project team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilitiesLead status updates and client calls, providing regular progress updatesUtilize templates for project communications and status reports, ensuring clear and consistent communicationPrepare research and background information for briefs, pitches, and presentationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and planning departments.Continuous Improvement:

Participate in continuing training and education programs to enhance professional skillsConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous growth.QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldBackground in medical, regulatory, and healthcare marketing preferredProject Management certification a plusOutstanding communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilitiesAbility to work independently with limited oversightExpertise in client regulatory systems and platformsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe AcrobatProven ability to delegate tasks and oversee team membersWORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. It demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings that require clear speech and hearing. Candidates must manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.

Salary Range:

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
