The ideal candidate has a diverse knowledge of plan design, compliance, and client relations. They perform leadership duties and efficiency improvements. This position will lead and perform all levels of testing, complete plan documents and provide guidance to team members and clients.

What you'll do:Independently handle a caseload of 401k and cross-tested plans of A-Z administration (contributing calculations, compliance testing, plan documents, plan design, etc)Perform plan ADP/ACP compliance testing accurately and timelyProvide superior client service and communication to caseload of ~65-75 plansMaintain industry knowledge and share information with team membersUtilize administration systems and other technologies to maximize efficienciesReview and recommend plandesign changes to clientsCoordinate year-end valuationRead and interpret plan documentsImporting census and participant account dataAsset Reconciliation/Trust AccountingYear-end valuationForms 5500, 8955, 5330Loan, hardship, and distribution reviewWho you are:

QKA or similar industry certificationBusiness degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent4-7 years of retirement plan experience4-7 years of client services experienceProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM softwareMust be organized and detail-orientedExceptional approach to client service focusing on communications, timely solutions, and client needsTeam player, collaborative, able to work with and through othersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to act with integrity, be proactive with client needs, seek to continuously improve service, constantly focus on professional growth and work collaboratively with the entire teamOur Value-Driven Employee Experience:
