Blue Flame Propane is seeking a full-time Propane Bobtail Driver with a CDL, Class A, or B license with preferred HazMat Endorsement and air brake for our Richmond location. The driver is r
esponsible for safely loading propane trucks and distributing products to customers. We aim to serve our customers courteously, promptly, and efficiently with dedicated employees!
Position Requirements:
Clean driving record and must be able to pass the drug test.
Position Responsibilities and Needed Skills:
Works with Operations to ensure schedules allow for on-time deliveries and excellent customer service by delivering the correct products and quantities.Responsible for following the safety programs, including HazMat and DOT certifications.Must address driver's problems when they arise in a timely and professional manner with the Supervisor.Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to customers, drivers, and other employees.Maintains all required driver's logs, invoices, and additional paperwork to ensure effective company processes and operating procedures.Must make use of the proper lifting codes and state destinations when needed.Understand applicable state and federal laws.If needed, other duties as assigned by the Operations Director.Must be a team player with a willingness to learn.
