We hire local suppliers and tradespeople and work with local communities to make sure that our plans meet their needs.We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our South Midlands region, which covers a wide geographical area, with the regional head office being near Northampton.The Sales Director reports to the Regional Managing Director and is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies and action plans, leading to targets being met in terms of sales efficiency, profitability and highest levels of customer satisfaction and understanding customer trends.They will manage the Sales function for the region, from pre-development to hand over; to ensure targets are met in terms of sales efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. They will challenge others to drive performance improvement without damaging confidence levels or performance output.Skills, knowledge & experience
We are looking for a senior Sales leader with previous experience in a similar role, who embodies our Keepmoat values; a

and resilient individual with experience managing a sales team using their initiative and negotiating skills. They will be
collaborative ; skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels including with operational leadership. They will take a
straightforward
approach and be able to manage by leading by example, working at a hands-on level but with the ability to support and mentor their team. They will be
passionate
