What does an Employment Specialist II do?
Employment Specialist II's are out in the community, working with a caseload of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. They assist the people we support in reaching their goals and helping them find work and succeed in the workplace. Some responsibilities may include helping people write resumes, interview for jobs, assisting with on-the-job training, helping people through job transitions, or transporting individuals to job sites.
Pay RateHigh school diploma or Associate's degree - $18/hourBachelor's degree - $19.50/hourSchedule/Hours
The schedule for this position is varied and requires candidates to be flexible with their availability. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required, dependent upon the schedule of the individuals on your caseloadQualifications
