ABOUT THE ROLE:
The House Manager is responsible for the health and safety of the people we support, effective and efficient physical and social operation of the residence, and developing positive relationships with staff, neighbors, local businesses, and other service providers. Imagine a day when you're not just a caregiver but a beacon of empowerment. Your morning starts with smiles and camaraderie as you assist residents in their care routines and collaborate on preparing delicious meals. You're not just fostering independence; you're creating a canvas of meaningful connections. Valid NY driver's licenseA good driving record.High School Diploma or GED and three to five years of experience working with the developmentally disabled. (OR)Associates degree in Human Services with one to two years of experience working with the developmentally disabled.One year of management experience working in a residential setting or specialized training.Preferred qualifications:
Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.Previous experience in a similar role
