Job Description
We are looking for a SVP, Integrated Strategy with a strong foundation and passion for brands, marketing, content, creative and an entrepreneurial mindset to help lead a global large-scale account.
As the SVP, Integrated Strategy you will spearhead the strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution of all initiatives. Your role involves setting goals, developing comprehensive plans, and ensuring the successful execution. Additionally, you will work alongside key account stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), track analytics, report findings, and make recommendations.
You will lead a team of Strategy Directors and Strategists, collaborating with other senior leaders, managers, creative and activation teams and other departments to meet deadlines and achieve goals. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement. This opportunity is based in New York, NY and is hybrid, with 1 day at our dentsu office (150 E 42nd St., New York, NY) and 2-3 days at our client's office. You will report into the EVP, Integrated Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Brings the work together across DC, the client and our agency partners to execute strategy and creative
Drive the end-to-end strategic roadmap and annual planning for clients
Works upstream to integrate comms thinking and strategies into brand strategy and creative briefings to bridge the gap between creative and media
Develops comprehensive comms plans and partners with creative to bring them to life in interesting spaces and places
Develop comprehensive communications plans and annual strategic roadmaps for clients
Develops big strategic platform ideas grounded in data, rich in insight and stewards their growth and development.
Mentor and guide strategists, fostering a culture of collective excellence and personal growth
Leverage data analytics and research to uncover audience insights to inform brand strategy, creative briefs and input into media placements
Originates strategies that are rooted in cultural insights that drive breakthrough creative ideas.
Can command a room of peers and more senior executives and is able to convey ideas confidently and persuasively.
Qualifications:Qualifications
10+ years brand and creative strategy experience
Bachelor's Degree in business related field
A proven track record being the strategic lead on 2-3 businesses and oversees a discipline.
A creative thinker and compelling storyteller, endlessly curious and questioning, with a strong ability to shift perspectives and reveal valuable insights and creative opportunities through data and collaborative narratives with all levels of the agency and its partners to drive growth.
An approachable manager with a successful history of team oversight, eager to further enhance their management skills. A well-rounded professional with outstanding communication, organizational, and time management abilities, along with the agility to adapt swiftly to change.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
