The candidate must be able to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and proactively engage in technical decision making to achieve objectives. This individual will be a team player and work well with technical professionals in an agile environment.Lead a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and augmenting digital signal processing softwareResponsible development, management, and implementation of a CI/CD framework to make it easier for teams to build, configure and deploy.Collaborate with teams across disciplines to build automation toolsConduct architecture assessments and define solutionsContribute to and/or lead teams and processes to achieve strategic goals.Monitor project status and take remedial action on projects behind schedulePresent status reports to key internal stakeholders.Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of systems the team buildsOther job-related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a teamDirect work of staff and conduct appropriate personnel actions when necessaryCommunicate and advise staff on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods and software change issuesPrepare and conduct employee reviews as well as monitor progress to satisfy employee management goalsPromote employees development by conducting career-planning sessions and scheduling employee training classes, conferences, and seminarsMinimum Qualifications

4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience7+ years of development experience in a cloud or on prem environment5+ years of experience in people management3+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines and tooling development.Hands-on experience working in Agile and DevOps cultures, focusing on process improvement and automation.Good written and oral communication skills.Self-starter – takes the initiative to research, learn, and deliver. Anticipates the play.Team player – humble, collaborative, and focused on making sure the entire team succeeds.Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checksCLEARANCE: Minimum Secret clearance is required to startPreferred Requirements

4+ years programming experience developing in C/C++, and Python4+ years of experience using DevOps and CI/CD processes and toolsets like GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, HarnessExperience with containers like Docker and Kubernetes[Desired] Experience working in cloud environmentThe listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
