Handle various aspects of general commercial litigation.Manage and oversee case progression, including depositions.Conduct extensive legal research and draft briefs with attention to detail.Work on energy litigation or regulatory matters, particularly involving the Public Utility Commission of Texas.Collaborate with team members and shareholders to deliver high-quality legal services.Participate in client meetings and other client-related activities.Contribute to business development initiatives within the firm.Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation.Strong case management and deposition skills.Excellent legal research and brief writing capabilities.Prior experience with energy litigation or regulatory matters is highly desirable.Admitted to practice in Texas and good standing with the State Bar.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic credentials.Certifications:
Active Texas Bar admission.Skills:
Proven ability to manage and organize complex cases.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Client-facing communication and business development skills.Job Location:
