Job DescriptionThe Senior Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and leading the retail marketing and community marketing strategies for Vuori’s global retail fleet. They will drive traffic and increase sales to retail stores through community engagement and in-store activations, while building awareness of retail locations. This role will develop and implement retail marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive retail foot traffic and sales. This individual will also be responsible for in-store messaging, marketing new store openings and leading the retail marketing team.
What you'll get to do:
Create, execute and analyze retail marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, events, and seasonal drop collateral
Work with cross functional teams like VM, creative, marketing integration, retail and more to activate GTM and ensure retail marketing initiatives are executed
Establish key storytelling moments in stores for windows, in-store displays and key marketing stories
Work in partnership with other marketing channel leaders—influencer, PR, athlete, content, social, etc. to build omni channel marketing plans that align on key campaigns throughout the year
Lead all new store opening strategies and opening parties to build awareness in new and infill markets
Develop partnerships and plan community marketing initiatives to attract new customers and meet customers where they’re at
Create priority market strategies to build brand awareness, increase community engagement and drive retail traffic to stores
Lead in-store activations, community partnerships, local events and more to support the global retail fleet
Work with creative and creative project management to brief in and plan all retail marketing collateral for seasonal assets, promotions, events, retail packaging, emails and more
Lead retail marketing events, toolkits and communications to stores and retail leadership to share upcoming key marketing initiatives, product launches, brand events, key messaging and more
Analyze and report on all retail marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and efforts, while also tracking market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for the retail channel
Develop and scale community leader program in retail markets to support retail stores with brand initiatives, events and awareness
Manage the retail marketing team, fostering a motivating and positive work environment
Qualifications
Who you are:
8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3-4 years of retail marketing and community marketing experience
Solution-oriented leader, with the ability to manage multiple projects within the team, across multiple seasons and in multiple regions across the globe
Passion for community events and building great relationships
Effective communication and presentation skills, including confidence in leading cross-functional meetings
Self-motivated and highly organized professional
Comfortable in navigating ambiguous situations
Sense of urgency with the ability to make decisions without complete information
Ability to travel for community events, new store openings and store visits

The salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $130,000 per year.
