A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Environmental Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join its Environmental, Regulatory & Administrative Law practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental law, administrative litigation, transactional matters, and regulatory compliance. This position offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated legal issues at the regional, national, and international levels.Location:

Provide legal counsel on a broad range of environmental and administrative litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.Represent clients in environmental litigation cases, including regulatory disputes and compliance issues.Advise on environmental impact assessments, permitting processes, and remediation strategies.Assist clients with regulatory matters involving environmental agencies at the state and federal levels.Work on transactional matters involving environmental risk assessments and liability management.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex legal matters.Handle broader multi-faceted cases that may include land use, construction, energy, and municipal law.Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in environmental law.Strong background in litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.Ability to manage complex legal issues independently and as part of a team.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ambition, initiative, and a client-focused approach.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (or ability to waive in).Skills:
