Represent clients in land use, environmental, and natural resource litigation in both state and federal courtManage discovery processes and appear in court on behalf of clientsDraft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefsAdvise clients on regulatory matters, compliance, and enforcement actionsCollaborate with attorneys across various offices, providing comprehensive client supportEngage in pro bono and public service work as encouraged by the firm’s missionParticipate in firm-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesRequirements
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in substantive land use and environmental litigationCourt Experience : Proven experience managing discovery and making court appearancesSkills : Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with a strong client-service approachEducation
Degree : Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolCertifications
Bar Admission : Active license to practice lawSkills
Proficiency in handling complex litigation, from initial filing through resolutionStrong research, drafting, and document management capabilitiesExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage substantial individual responsibilitiesCommitment to ethical client representation and a proactive approach to case managementAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
