Manage cases from initiation through resolution, working closely with a legal team.Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, and policy language.Review and analyze documents such as claims files, discovery documents, and court filings.Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.Assist in trial preparation and attend trials as necessary.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or civil litigation.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.Experience with all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.Proactive case management skills with the ability to handle deadlines and pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Licensed to practice law in Washington.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active Washington Bar admission is required.Skills:
