Mid-Level Associate
with a strong background in environmental, land use, and natural resources litigation for an excellent opportunity with a highly-regarded Seattle-based law firm. This position is ideal for an attorney looking to advance in a collaborative and dynamic litigation environment, working with both longstanding regional and national clients across the firm's offices.About the Role:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow as an environmental litigation attorney, handling a variety of cases in areas such as environmental and natural resource litigation, regulatory compliance, water rights, and agency permitting. The firm’s nationally recognized litigation team consists of over 40 attorneys committed to client-centered service and innovative legal advocacy.Responsibilities:Represent clients in state and federal environmental and natural resources litigationManage discovery processes and make court appearancesProvide counsel on compliance, administrative, and enforcement mattersCollaborate across offices with attorneys and staff in a supportive, inclusive environmentQualifications:JD from an ABA-accredited law school; licensed to practice law2-6 years of experience in environmental and land use litigationDemonstrated experience in making court appearances and managing discoveryStrong academic credentials, analytical abilities, and excellent writing skillsA client-focused approach and effective communication skillsAbility to handle substantial individual responsibilitiesCompensation:Annualized salary range:
$170,000 to $190,000Actual pay will be based on experience, location, and other permitted factors.Benefits:
