Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional franchise law.Proficient knowledge of U.S. franchising regulations.Admission to practice law in Washington, or eligibility for admission via waiver.Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
