This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a renowned franchise law team, engaging with clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will bring experience in U.S. franchising regulations and possess strong skills in drafting franchise agreements and regulatory documentation.Duties:
Draft and review franchise-related agreements, including franchise disclosure documents and regulatory filings.Provide legal guidance on complex business transactions in the franchise and distribution sectors.Counsel both domestic and international clients on a broad range of franchising matters.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on both transactional and litigation franchise issues.Support a wide array of clients, from start-up franchisors to large franchising entities and private equity firms, including foreign companies expanding into the U.S. market.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional franchise law.Strong knowledge of U.S. franchise regulations.Admission to practice law in New Jersey, or eligibility for admission via waiver.Excellent analytical, drafting, and writing skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
