Draft and review franchise agreements, franchise disclosure documents, and related regulatory filings.Advise clients on complex business transactions about franchise and distribution matters.Counsel clients on franchising compliance and regulatory requirements, with both U.S. and international considerations.Collaborate with a team of attorneys on both transactional and litigation matters in franchise law.Work with a diverse client base, including start-up franchisors, established franchise corporations, private equity firms, and international companies entering the U.S. market.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional franchise law.Proficiency in U.S. franchise regulations and compliance.Admission to practice law in Massachusetts, or eligibility for admission via waiver.Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
