Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional franchise law.Proficiency in U.S. franchise regulations and compliance requirements.Admission to practice law in California, or eligibility for admission via waiver.Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
Superior organizational and drafting skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration.Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.Client-oriented approach, with a focus on providing strategic legal counsel.
