A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation team in Denver, CO. This role provides an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 3-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation to grow their skills in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The position requires strong legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a blend of in-office and remote work.Duties:
Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes and real estate transactions.Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.Prepare and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and workflow management.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective case resolution.Provide thorough legal analysis and advocacy to support litigation efforts.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while handling multiple cases.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to plan and manage time with multiple direct reports.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.Skills:
Proficiency in legal research and case management.Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.Ability to handle complex litigation and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.Excellent problem-solving and advocacy skills.Location:
