As a talent acquisition partner at SHEIN, you will work with different leaders to leverage your expertise, helping them build up a stronger team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for various business groups including logistics, warehouse as well as functional team. You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of recruitment strategy, policy, process as well as the system.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups across Logistics and Warehouse; Own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruitment intake meetings to job offers in US.Data-driven and complete recruitment data tracking and analysis or recruitment report as required.Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously keep the employer brand attractive.Work closely with hiring managers to acquire the updated hiring needs and find the best way for the business to hire the best people.Continuously identify improvement on Talent Acquisition excellence in terms of process, policy, system etc., to elevate both recruitment quality and efficiency.Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors, drive progress, and evaluate performance.Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams.Create a corporate culture construction plan and collaborate with relevant departments to implement it.Job Requirements5 or plus years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, experienced in making offers, offer negotiation, talent mapping, be good at handling multiple tasks.Experienced in hiring roles across Logistics and Warehouse, will be a plus if you have experiences working in e-commerce/retail/fashion company.Experience in enhancing corporate culture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good professionalism and friendliness.Passionate for approaching new things, building teams and keep patient in doing shaping, from 0-1.Having active and data-driven with growth mindset, to learn quick, be flexible in such a fluid and changing circumstance.Benefits and CultureHealthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs)Health Savings Account with Employer FundingFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare and Dependent care)Company-Paid Basic Life/AD&D insuranceCompany-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Benefit Offerings (Voluntary Life/AD&D, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Accident)Employee Assistance ProgramBusiness Travel Accident Insurance401(k) Savings Plan with discretionary company match and access to a financial advisorVacation, paid holidays, floating holidays, and sick daysEmployee discountsFree swag giveawaysAnnual Holiday PartyInvitations to pop-ups and other company eventsSHEIN Style Link Logistics is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.
