The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, sales of Professional Services, delivery oversight, and program management in those accounts.Key job responsibilitiesLong term development of large, complex, and distributed enterprisesEngage with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolioDevelopment of long term Cloud Strategy for customersIdentify & develop specific opportunities and supporting business casesDeal shaping, including estimations and deal pricingContract negotiations & closingPlanning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget & deliverable responsibilitiesMitigation of delivery risks & issuesOverseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high quality deliveryAct as single person of contact for customer executives, developing deep, trustful relationsEducate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value propositionEnvision and inspire customersCoaching customers and partners to be self-sufficientA day in the lifeAt Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are helping large enterprises build ML and DL models on the AWS Cloud. We are applying predictive technology to large volumes of data and against a wide spectrum of problems.
