Senior Architect
to join our Frederick, Maryland studio. This position offers the potential for career advancement into a Principal Architect role overseeing the branch office, contingent upon performance and organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through completion.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.Oversee the preparation of design documents, specifications, and presentations.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Mentor and develop junior architects and design staff.Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and best practices in sustainable design.Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.Experience:Analysis of client priorities and needs.Concept development of architectural designs.Preparation of presentation and design drawings.Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products.Effective communication with clients, consultants and internal teams.Experience in communicating with contractors during construction.Adherence to budget and client standards.Assistance in the marketing of the firm’s services.Qualifications:Licensed (Registered Architect) in the State of Maryland, NCARB preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across a variety of project types.Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.LEED Green Associate or LEED AP Accreditation is a bonus, but not necessary for the position.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.A collaborative and creative work environment.Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran.#J-18808-Ljbffr
